I authorize VRCD Financial Group, its affiliated entities and its reinsurers to collect from any health professional, any public or private health or social services establishment, the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec, any insurance company, any financial institution, any employer or former employer, MIB LLC, any investigation agency, any group insurance administrator or any private or public organization holding personal or medical information, or to disclose to them information about me including my state of health, my medical history and other information relevant to the processing of any request relating to my contract. The personal information that we, VRCD and its affiliated entities, collect in connection with your application will be used and disclosed only for the purposes for which you have already consented.

Certain information we obtain from you may be required by provincial or federal agencies, such as the Ministry of Motor Vehicles or the Canada Revenue Agency. This information may be necessary even if you were to pay for your vehicle in cash, for example, a driver’s license or social insurance number.
Protection of Information
We physically and electronically protect non-public personal information in accordance with industry standards and procedures and provincial and federal laws. We limit access to your personal information to employees and external providers who need to know this information to provide you with goods or services. We prohibit our employees and agents from disclosing information about you to anyone in a manner that would violate applicable laws or our privacy policy.
Sharing of Information Unless we have indicated our desire to share your private personal information with unaffiliated third parties (by checking the box in the section below), we only share this information:
